Ska(nk)

Considering several new tattoo ideas, most influenced by Ska. A friend also offered to design a piece for me as well, I am very excited to see what she comes up with.

I am listening to a lot more Ska and Punk influenced music lately, and as a friend put it "You can listen to Ska and be unhappy." I have noticed a marked improvement in my mood.

Slowly getting back into design, trying my hand at actually drawing since I have a tablet now. Hopefully get a lot more of the in before the holidays are over, I should hopefully be starting classes at Gaston in a few weeks.

But now, its times to sleep. Happy Holidays in case I don't make it back by Christmas and here is to an exciting new year.

I have totally not been updating this the way I have wanted to.

I also havent been drawing like I would like to. I plan on fixing both of this issues.

Back at College

I wasn't sure at first if I was happy to be back, but I am having a great time and I have more hope for this year than I have ever had before starting a semester. It is going to be a great year, I am sure. :)

Last night was the first time I have stayed out an entire night with someone and I think that it was the most fun I have had in a very long time! :D

District 9 is very good, though a little splatterific, and I really liked the aliens.

I am trying to extend my digital art using a new program now, I am in the process of learning to use Adobe AfterEffects which I have been told sounds like the morning after pill..... Regardless, I plan to make some really killer scenes with it!

Lastly, on a sad note. My friend Mark Howard was killed in a motorcycle accident this morning. I can honestly say that he was a great guy and he will be dearly missed. God bless Mark, his family and all his friends.

Im dusting off CS4 and starting back up, who knows what crazy stuff I'll make this time. :D

I am also starting to rip my super underground CDs using flac because apparently I am too weird for anyone else to have done it!

Havent blogged in a while, just been too busy.

Moved back home, registering for summer classes and trying to find a second job. Not much has changed or really anything going on....so why do I feel so anxious?

Hopefully a nap will help.

Bennett's Bday

Just got back from Cracker Barrel to celebrate Bennett's Bday.

I lost the 5 way syrup chug challenge but at least we all had fun! And we got our ballin' waiter Andrew to count us down. Trust me its a great story, but to in depth for blogger so ask me about it when you see me. :)

I'm off to slip into a diabetic coma from all the syrup!

Bears

I have been lamenting the lack of high res stock images of chainsaws, but no more! I have some great pictures and for some reason, LOTS OF FOCUS!

Expect a picture tonight, tomorrow by dinner at the latest.

Calc has taken the forefront.

I have not gotten to do much more work with Photoshop since I only have two and a half weeks until finals and Calculus if really damn hard. I do have CS4 now, so hopefully that will help out with my future illustrations, just trying to decided what to do next. Screen print, graffiti, brick face!?

Ill figure it out, now it is time for me to upload pictures to Facebook and get some sleep.

Car Show

Had a great day today! Went to Lowe's Motor Speedway with Christina for the Food Lion Auto Fair, Ill upload the pictures later tonight, but Im working a new picture I want to get added before the night is over so they will have to wait, except for this one!
I have decided that one day I will own a show quality car that I have done every bit of work on I feel confident doing.

Missed My Trip

I overslept and missed my trip to BMW. I texted with Christina and decided that I need to work on the things that are stressing me out so much. I think that then I will be able to sleep alright. I had the oddest dream last night, Christina's Dad bought a huge yachet, with a pool in it, and it also had two zip lines down the long sides of the pool. Not too odd.

Spent this morning writing about immigration, but mostly just playing with CS3. I will probably finish my next illistration tonight, not that anyone is holding their breathe. I have had varied reactions to starting this, but I find it relaxing so I am going to keep doing it and if I get good enough, people could start waiting.

But I doubt it. :)

Finished my new custom header, which I will upload after I finish this. Ill attach the original to my first post, just in case.
